  Air Cooled After Cooler

  Our air cooled heat exchangers cool low pressure gas streams with ambient air.  These compact air cooled units are ideal for locations with limited access to cooling water.  They feature a TEFC 230/460 VAC, 3 phase motor, a heavy-duty cooling fan and an OSHA approved fan guard.

  Air Receiver Vessels

  CRS offers a range of ASME code pressure vessels for use in oil-free compressed air and gas systems.  These vessels are available in vertical and horizontal configurations and supplied mounted to a rigid steel sub-base with fork pockets.  Each vessel includes a pre-piped manual drain valve, pressure gauge and ASME pressure relief valve.  Larger vessels will include a manway for inspection as well as a range of connection ports.

  Breathable Air Dryer

  Breathable air dryers provide filtration and monitoring to remove solids and oils. After filters collect remaining particles and absorb vapors. The air dryers have CO catalyst converters and offers air sample ports for optional analyzer installation. With moisture indicators and six stage filtration capabilities, our breathable air dryers remove contaminants and provide high efficiency oil removal.

  Distribution Manifolds

  Our custom manifolds provide ultimate flexibility and ease of installation with any temporary oil-free compressed air system.  Every manifold is mounted to a heavy steel fabricated sub skid with forklift pockets.  A variety of connection sizes are available and can be custom configured for a job-specific requirement.

  Heatless Desiccant Air Dryers

  Dual tower regenerative desiccant dryers are an economical and reliable way to dry compressed air to dew points below the freezing point of water or reduce the moisture content of compressed air when used in critical process applications.  The RDH series dryer is a twin-tower heatless regenerative desiccant air dryer skid mounted on a heavy duty steel frame with lifting lugs and forklift pockets.  The package is self-contained with mounted and piped dual pre-filters and afterfilter along with enhanced OEM controls allowing a user adjustable purge and outlet dewpoint settings.

  Water Cooled After Coolers

  In-line heat exchangers provide a reliable means to lower the temperature of a compressed air stream and ensure peak performance of downstream air treatment components as well as support process control.  Our fleet consists of shell and tube, air to air, and plate and fame exchanger configurations.  All exchangers are mounted to a heavy steel skid for portability and flexibility with installation.  A cyclonic moisture separator and automatic drain and integral to the skid to remove liquid condensate.  Cooling fluid connections include isolation valves.
