We have doubled our facility from 40,000 sq. ft. to 80,000 sq. ft. to accommodate another expansion of our sales inventory. Surplus Group is currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a HVAC Inside Sales Representative. If you have a love of meeting people, entrepreneurial spirit and enjoy providing great customer service coupled with an interest in contributing directly to the bottom line, this is the position for you!
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound marketing calls
Service the incoming customer calls, plus follow-up.
Provide the fullest information of product and inventory.
Find the best solution for the client.
Close sales successfully and honestly.
Develop and maintain client and contact records.
Maintain relationships with past customers.
Work as a team, supporting all marketing efforts.
The Sales Opportunity

Qualifications
Good knowledge and experience in the Commercial / Industrial HVAC industry, not necessarily as a salesperson.
Bilingual is a big plus, but not a requirement.
